Book Talk;;
I recently finished the book, "Pretty Little Liars", by Sara Shepard. It's an amazing book, yet it's kind of boring at the same time. I mean, it keeps switching from this person to that person and I always get mixed up about who & what is happening!!! The only thing that's made me keep reading it was because of this mysterious A person.
I decided to read the first book of the Maximum Ride Series, by James Patterson. It's called the "Angel Experiment", and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK. It's a different change of book from the all those romance novels I've been reading. This book is action/mystery packed. I love it. The absolute thing I hate about this book is those school/ institute people scientist thingermabobers who do poor things to the creatures! If I could I'll kick their butts and tell them to go die! {haha, I'm mean} Wait, actually I'd kill them. Yeah. (:
So I got "Breaking Dawn", by Stephenie Meyers from the beginning of the month and well, I haven't even finished reading it! I know how everyone is all obssessed about the Twilight series, but come on it's not that great. The plotting is kind of bad and I'm not really fond on how she writes. Sorry to all those fans, but I'm just telling the truth. Don't you ever think the story is kind of stupid? I know how everyone is so fond of Edward and I admit in the first book Stephenie lures you in to fall in love with him...Now, to me Jacob is the best. Well, I'm in the middle pf the book and I just left it on my bookcase because it got really boring...Zzzzzz. Sorry again to fans but it did get utterly boring... And this last book is weird. BELLA HAVING A BABY? I mean what the ---- is with that??? And what's with all this Jacob protecting stuff?! Seriously. It's lameee. No offense. Okay, I'm done talking about that. Just had to vent it.
Yet one of my all time fav. books is "The Clique Series", by Lisi Harrison. I absolutely heart this series. It's about rich kids, who are in 7TH/8TH GRADE, yet they act so much older than their age! They're top on the school campus and they're always trying to make sure they stay that way. Massie is my all time fav. char. since she's so confident and all that. I'm kind of mad at the series now since Derrington and Massie are no longer together! I mean, why'd he have to break up with her? ): They were such a cute couple! The character I absolutely hate the most in the series is Claire. She's so wanna-be && annoying. I can't wait for "P.S. I Loathe You" to come out!
